Where to stay for the Winter Comiket 2026

December 29–31, 2026 (Tue–Thu) · 日本語版を見る

Comiket is a morning event. What counts is how long the trip takes from your hotel door to the Big Sight station, not how many kilometers away the hotel is. This page measures every hotel on the map in train minutes to Kokusai-Tenjijo in the morning window, walk to the station included, and shows the ones that get you to the queue in good time.

The travel times below are typical timetable times in the morning window — including the walk from each hotel to its nearest station, but not live delays. Prices are each hotel's typical nightly rate, refreshed in weekly batches; set your dates on the map for live prices and availability.

Good to know

The Rinkai line is the queue line. From Shin-Kiba, Shinagawa Seaside, Oimachi and Osaki it is one ride to Kokusai-Tenjijo with no change, and JR Saikyo line trains from Shinjuku run through onto it at Osaki. A hotel on this line usually beats a closer one that needs a change.

The times on this page are typical morning-window journeys, not first-train times, and they end at the station platform, not at the hall doors or the end of the queue. Allow time for the walk around the building on the day.

Book now: C109 falls in the New Year holiday week, when Tokyo hotels are busy even without an event, and the few waterfront hotels go first. Set your dates on the map to see live prices. Rates shown without dates are not Comiket-week rates.

How these times are calculated

Tokyo Hotel Map precomputes station-to-station travel times for 807 stations across the JR, Tokyo Metro, Toei, and waterfront networks from real timetable data, then adds each hotel's walking time to its nearest station. Times shown are typical daytime journeys — rush hour and late-night times can differ, and you can switch time windows on the map. Always allow a margin for transfers and delays.
